Office worker with Greek
Key Accountabilities:
Ensuring all documents submitted are in line with approved policies and procedures,
Undertaking screening of names against various databases,
Acting effectively on all customer feedback to drive process improvement,
Delivering high-quality client services - through timely execution of work and for both business partner and customer,
Escalating to the Line Management any issues,
Working in a pressurized, time-sensitive environment
Requirements:
Good Greek and English
Strong analytical skills,
Excellent interpersonal and empathy skills,
Attention to detail,
Able to work in a high volume and time pressured environment.
