For our client, an international corporation established in USA, just opening a branch in Poland, we are looking for candidate for an Office Manager position.

Working on this position you will be responsible for administrative and office related tasks – handling post and incoming calls, preparing documents or organizing events and meetings as well as contacting with 3rd party providers office supply, e.g. couriers or cleaning service. Moreover, in your scope of duties will be welcoming visitors and coordinating travel arrangements.

The successful candidate should have as least 4 years’ experience in an office administration (including at least 2 years in SSC or in a big, international company) and speak very good Polish and English (at least B2 level). Each candidate should demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and operate without direction as well as be experienced in working with all levels of management and employees. Proficient skills in MS Office – especially PowerPoint and Excel are required.
