For our Client, the international, currently expanding to Poland company, for the office based in Warsaw, we are currently looking for:
Office Manager/Assistant to the Country Manager
While workingon this position you will be responsible for setting up, organising and supervising all of the administrative activities and other processesthat facilitate the smooth running of the office.Additionally, you will be the “right hand” of the Country Manager in typical day-to-day business and you will support other employees as required. The role may vary, however the typical activities include: managing the filing system, developing and implementing new administrative systems, recording office expenditure and managing the budget, writing the reports or delivering the presentations, organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment. The Office Manager will be also responsible for the calendar and travel management, assisting to the projects and cooperating with the external providers.
The successful Candidatemust be fluent in English and Polish languages(German would be an advantage). We seek Candidates with strong computer skills and previous experience with minimum 3 yearsin a similar role. The Office Manager/Assistant to the Country Managerhas also excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working within the team. He/she has also the ability to manage change and adapt to new procedures, is logical and well organised with the ability to prioritise. We seek optimistic, energetic and proactive Candidates with a lot of hands-on mentality and motivation for pioneer work.
