Opis stanowiska pracy

Your main goal will be supporting our administration processes, like bookkeeping, running the office, maintaining order and structure, and preparing reports.

You should have experience in the accountancy field. Knowledge of legal procedures will be a great plus, however it is not required. Your work will keep connected with company's Directors/Leaders so you will have the best opportunity to develop your skills and help the company to achieve its goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES AT THIS POSITION

  • administration tasks
  • cooperation with accountants and payroll; settlements, verification, submitting data / documents / invoices
  • creating reports for Managers and support their work
  • take care of company's expenses
  • onboarding and outboarding employees
  • buying office supplies and equipment
  • managing office equipment, take care of the efficiency of office equipment
  • take care of the office and orders, organize daily work
  • organization and maintenance of order in company documents, ensuring the completeness of documents
  • planing and organizing business trips for few or more people
  • settle remuneration
  • present ideas for improving the functioning of the company's administration
  • maintain order, safety and cleanliness in the company's premises
  • ensure confidentiality and discretion
  • coordinating collection and delivery of letters and parcels
