Our company, in its growth with relevant investments in the Eastern Europe market, is seeking for an:
Office Assistant
(Part Time)
for its Krakow, Poland operation to assist in the daily office and human resources activities.
Responsibilities include
- General reception and secretarial duties - meeting and greeting clients, answering phone calls, mail distribution, booking travel etc.)
- Suppliers and office maintenance liaison - from coordinating cleaning companies to liaising with office suppliers, translations agency, and ad hoc suppliers.
- Collect information for the preparation of pay slip - sick and vacation leave / business trips.
- Collaborate with HR department for the preparation of employee contracts
- Assist with recruitment process mostly for software developers.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years experience in similar administration/support position
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English knowledge
