The Ammega Group was founded in 2018 as a result of merging the conveyor industry Ammeraal Beltech conveyor business with Megadyne’s power transmission and fluid power business. You might not even know, however probably you are able to see their products in many aspects of everyday life, like at the airports, food production, logistics centers, shop floors, and even in your gym or local supermarket. Their main production is directed to conveyor belts, power transmission belts and hydraulic hoses which we use every day.

We are happy to invite you for recruitment process for OFFICE ASSISTANT role.
Location: new Business Service Centre in KATOWICE.

In this role, you will be responsible for provide administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment and manage general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage diary arrangements: making appointments; organizing and prioritizing schedules to accommodate meetings/conferences, and events; send and respond to invitations; coordinate booking of venues, hotels and restaurants.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing high level correspondence related to meetings, travel and conferences/events and general office activities, to ensure effective organization and communication.
  • Screen and prioritize mail and phone calls, researching and writing correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate cataloguing and distribution of documents and digital information, filing and archiving; ensure all filing is up to date and maintained at regular intervals in accordance with good practice and legal/audit requirements.
  • Process expense claims, payment requisition forms, and invoice approvals; liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff as required.
  • Produce and amend executive reports and other documents with speed and accuracy
  • Work closely with the Management team to help develop and maintain an appropriate communication style and 'tone of voice' for all centre communications

Experience Required:
We are looking for Candidates with advanced administrative experience, with the confidence to work independently. A necessity is knowledge of MS Office package, incl. MS OfficeAssists and know how to corresponds with clients, customers and vendors. We seek for self-motivated, strong commitment person with excellent in communication skills and culture understanding. Fluent English is essential.
