Office Assistant with EnglishMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
For one of our clients - global medical company - we are looking for a dynamic, well-organised person willing to join our international team
Responsibilities
- Be the first contact person for all administrative matters
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including accommodation and travel
- Hold responsibility for seamless office administration including: post, DHL, photocopying, scanning, kitchen and coffee supplies, meeting room supplies, invoices registration and scanning
- Provide basic support and guidelines for all administrative IT systems
- Provide administration marketing support, liaising with the suppliers and corporate office to ensure all required promotional goods are available
- Assist internal and external customers with flights, accommodation and airport transfers.
- Support Business Unit Manager in his daily work, e.g. calendar managing
Relevant knowledge, skills and competencies
- Strong administration and communication skills with the ability to interact with all territory colleagues
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Office/Excel/Power point
- Able to work independently
- Demonstrate great flexibility
- Open to different cultures and ways of working
- Strong willingness to learn and develop
- Extremely service minded
- Must be team player and have strong social skills
