Office and Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a person who will join to our Admin team in Poland and in Malmo to take care of all office/administration related work.
On the beginning we are looking for person who will replace current employee but we do not exclude that after returning this employee we will offer you permanent employment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Keep stock of office supplies and place the orders when necessary
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for employees
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Required skills
- Experience as an office administrator or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational, multitasking skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of foreign language – English, min B2
Beneficial Skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting skills
- Ability to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
