For our Client – an international IT company, newly created center we are currently looking for an experienced Candidate for the position of an Office Administrator.
Your new role
As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact inside the company an take care about the administration. The key responsibilities include receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, ordering materials and office equipment. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable as well as organizing meetings and providing the necessary equipment. You will be in close contact with the facilities department, CC Security and local contractors and IT support in any problems.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have similar experience and very good knowledge of English. Also ideal candidate should have highly developed planning and organisational skills. Moreover ability to working and making balanced decisions under pressure where appropriate. Moreover ability to build partner business relationships and excellent communication skills will be required.
