Office Administrator with French + additional European language

French speakers wanted!

For our Client - an international provider of IT, business and outsourcing services, we are looking for an Office Administrator with French + additional European language.

As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for invoicing and preparing payment documents, maintain e-mail and telephone contact with suppliers, generating of various reports, participating in customer conferences, contact with auditors and providing information to them, active participation in process improvement projects.

We are looking for Candidates with knowledge of French (minimum B1 level) and additional European language (Spanish will be an advantage). Very good knowledge of MS Office. Previous experience in business environment will be an asset. We are looking for communicative Candidates, with very good organisation skills.
