O365 Exchange and Skype for Businnes L2

Location: Kraków
The challenges waiting for you:
  • Administration activities to ensure successful and uninterrupted operation (O365 MS Exchange service, Skype for Business and Active Directory)
  • Handle requests for users in timely manner for required tasks in service management tool
  • Perform Connectivity tests (for the Autodiscover capability, Internet E-Mail tests, Outlook connectivity, Skype for Business)
  • Support problem investigation and resolution process in the area of responsibility
  • Troubleshooting mailbox creation, connectivity problems and set up issues
  • Performing security related operations on User Mailboxes, Changing mailbox properties
  • Restricting Distribution Groups
  • Shared Mailboxes management, Room and Resource mailboxes management
  • Performing eDiscovery on the mailbox(es), In-place hold management
  • Mailbox recovery
  • Retention Policies (Retention Tags) management
  • Transport Rules management, Troubleshooting mail flow issues
  • Creating and maintaining AntiSpam and AntiVirus rules
  • Accepted and Remote Domains management
  • Creating and managing escalations to Microsoft
  • Preparing and maintaining support instructions for L1 support
Required skills:
  • Over 2 years of experience operating Exchange and Skype for
  • Business in a global environment
  • Administering cloud-based messaging, collaboration and communication service platforms such as MS Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, and Office 365.
  • Strong understanding and experience with MS exchange 2003/2007 and/or 2010/2013.
    Good Active Directory knowledge to resolve Exchange related issues
  • Understanding and experience with MS Skype for Business and SIP
  • Knowledge of Active Directory – Domain Services & ADFS Federation Services “core” concepts
  • Strong knowledge on Exchange Management Console (EMC) and Windows PowerShell administration Knowledge about front end/back end, OWA, RPC/HTTP and active sync configuration
    Knowledge of SIP, TLS
  • Clear understanding of mail gateway configuration and concepts
  • ITIL certification will be a plus
  • Very good english
