For one of our Clients, an international company who is setting up a SSC in Cracow we are looking for OtC Proces Delivery Lead.
This position will report to the SSC Site Lead and lead the O2C team in the planning, management and delivery of in scope processes including Accounts Receivables, Cash Application, Credit, Dispute Management and any other related managerial and decision activities.
The hired person will work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personal and provides local Finance Directors/Controllers with bad debt reserve recommendations per corporate policy.
We are looking for Candidates with 6+ years of experience in financial accounting, gained in international environment, and 5+ years of experience in people management (over more than one hierarchy level). Fluency in English is mandatory, as well as strong analytical, planning, organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of SAP system and MS Office Suite is required as well.
