O2C Global Compliance Manager(m/f)
The role holder will work alongside the GPD Director and wider delivery teams to become a process expert & policy owner for Order to Cash (C2C). The role holder will identify the key risks within the process and will design, embed and monitor simple and effective controls to mitigate those risks globally, driving simplification and standardization across regions. By combining their process expertise with data on process adherence & control effectiveness the C2C Compliance & Policy.

Description
- Accountable for identifying risk & designing / embedding SOX and FCF controls across the global process
- Manages the process service delivery to global KPI's through the service provider and direct reports
- Leads the C2C process, ensuring clarity of control ownership internal and other business units
- Drive effective self-assessment processes and assurance reporting to FC&CG
- Monitor compliance issues & audit results - driving remediation across the process teams as necessary
- Identifies improvements and implements change with clear outcomes of improvement and standardization
- Drive full usage of all applicable global compliance tools & systems
- Ensuring ongoing application and development of global Best Practice in order to continuously improve processes
Profile
- Experience of driving issue resolution across complex system & process landscapes
- Experience of working within a global organization, preferably with Pharmaceutical industry exposure
- Experience of working across a range of business functions and personnel levels, and a track record of being able to influence key stakeholders remotely and build strong working relationships
- Experience of managing audits at senior levels of responsibility
- Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley internal control requirements
- Experience of making process improvements, adding value/efficiencies to the business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- C2C process expertise
- Some international travel will be required
