O2C Customer Service Analyst US Market

Lokalizacja: Warsaw

Our client is a global,pharmaceutical company with many years of experience on the market, which is building its structures in Poland. Regarding to that, we are looking for candidates who will take the position of O2C Customer Service Analyst for US Market.


The main responsibilities include:

  • Being a part of transition process:
  • testing and re-testing proposed solutions,
  • support the team on various activities connected to tranfer knowledge 
  • activly contacted with third parties involved in the process 
  • writing scriptures
  • taking part in stabilizing the process

Effectively process all manual orders in 2021:
-Received through phone, fax & email, ensuring priority for urgent orders, ensuring a positive customer experience
-Effectively manage all customer disputes to resolve any issues with orders, including completing outbound calls to established customers,

  • Coordinating with O2C Accounts Receivable or Supply Chain teams and escalating Tier 2 disputes to the Manager where applicable.
  • Analyse account discrepancies to ensure the customer account is enabled for payment
  • Efficiently generate and distribute invoices to customers
  • Effectively analyse all outstanding customer aging to identify collection priorities. 
  • Engage with customers by phone or email to prompt collections using market best practices. 
  • Effectively track and resolve all customer disputes regarding billings, credits or payments.

 

We are looking for Candidates who possess:

  • excellent knowledge of English
  • min.3 years of experience in order management process 
  • strong understanding whole OTC process 
  • availability to work in shifted hours 
  • being a part of the transition team i the past 
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a team
