For our Client, an American company, we are currently looking for Spanish speakers who want to join an international centre as well as build and develop professional career within Order to Billing process area.
Your main responsibilities on this position will be: effectively process customer orders ensuring priority for urgent orders and positive customer experience, managing all customer disputes to resolve any issues with orders, analyzing all outstanding customer matters to identify collection priorities and supporting global/regional O2C projects which influence the accurate, efficient & compliant order processing.
We are looking for people who want to build and develop professional career within an international and friendly environment and who possess analytical skills and excellent command of English and Spanish. Knowledge of SAP system and first professional experience in customer service/ logistics area is essential. Understanding O2C process is a must.
