For my Client from automotive industry I am looking for NPI Quality Engineer.
Key responsibilities:
Implement new products to production process through NPI procedure
Ensuring all quality requirements will be properly recognized
Collect data from regional structures that are necessary during implementation phases
Review and approve necessary documentation
Fulfill all required project steps in APQP tracker
Creating and implementing necessary NPI documentation using proper systems / software
Prepare PPAP documentation for releasing process of new product
Driving creation of PFD / PCP/ PFMEA documentations using internal/ customer requirements
Lead / participate in FMEA meetings
Support other departments by answering project related questions
Actively participate in collaboration meetings, problem solving meetings, process improvement initiatives, etc.; Drive necessary trainings of particular products
Working closely with manufacturing staff to ensure quality requirements are followed during new product
Implementation and for any changes of the product (required internally or by customer)
Report to NPI Quality Supervisor / liaise with Projects and Industrialization
Manager to ensure the targets and priorities are being met validation of laboratory test results
Expectations:
Technical University degree Min. 2 years of experience in Quality Department, preferable in automotive environment
Knowledge of IATF / ISO TS 16949 requirements
Proficiency in IT programs (Excel, Microsoft Project)
Detail oriented, communication and problem solving skills
Fluent in English language Our Client
