New Roles - Senior/Specialist GL/AP with Italian
Our Client is already established organisation with worldwide range. At present, they will migrate new accouting process in GL and AP area with Italian language. On their behalf, we are looking for Candidates that are willing to apply for:
- Chief Accountant in GL
- Senior Accountant in GL or AP
- Accountant in GL or AP

Our Client is a well organised Centre of Excellence, competent and stable company which is growing on its market. As a part of their global strategy of improving their business processes, they are building up a new accounting department in their structures in Silesia Region.
Description
Chief/Senior/ Accountant in GL department:
* Analysis and accounting of general ledger accounts
* Prepayments
* Reconciling bank balances
* Keeping records and reconciliation of the book of fixed assets
* Preparing and entering accounting commands
* Posting the valuation as at the balance sheet date
* Analysis and reconciliation of settlements with related entities
* Preparation of financial statements according to IFRS standards
* Preparation of reports at the client's request
* Ongoing contact with the client
Chief/Senior/ Accountant in AP department:
* Posting purchase invoices from suppliers; validation of PO with an invoice, explaining incompatibilities
* Posting of outgoing payments, preparation of payment proposals / payments
* Postings related to the closing of the month
* Accounting of cash reports
* Monthly analysis and reconciliation of balances with suppliers, including suppliers from the Group
* Ongoing settlement of purchase accounts and suppliers' accounts
* Analysis, preparation of reports and other commissioned documentation
* Communication with internal and external clients
* Participation in continuous improvement projects, improvement of processes and procedures
Profile
* Higher education, preferred in the area of finance and accounting;
* At least 1 year of experience in GL or AP department
* Knowledge of Italian (at least B1 level);
* Knowledge of English (B2 level)
* Good knowledge of MS Excel
* High communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and work in a team
* High personal culture in dealing with the client
* Knowledge of the SAP system is welcome.
