Network Support Engineer
Location: TczewThe Infrastructure department provides messaging and collaborative tools as well as connectivity and firewalling services to all Customers employees worldwide. We are recruiting a qualified engineer to join our HQ Core IT and Network Support team.
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for providing level 2 application and Network support for our WW employees. These include WAN/LAN & Firewall (basic troubleshooting), Opnet and Polycom Video Conf.
• You will support escalations from Incident Management team or Service Desk or 3rd party service providers.
• You will support Problem Management team in problem investigation.
• You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational activities for the core services application in your scope, for instance, regular patching of Polycom.
• You will be the SPOC for tickets that need arbitration between the different support groups.
• You will be responsible to ensure that Gemalto Policy is correctly applied in service request fulfillment undertaken by our service providers.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• To succeed at this job, you must have a first job experience in WAN and LAN support. Working experience with firewall and/or Opnet will be a plus.
• You must be fluent in English.

• You must have a Degree in Computer Science
• We are looking for someone with 1 – 2 years of experience in supporting WAN and LAN.
