.NET DEVELOPER

PURPOSE:       

Responsible for developing  a variety of application development projects.  Supports the companies home grown applications for ACN Europe BV.  Works with business unit members and IT personnel to perform coding and testing of new application components.

 MAJOR FUNCTIONS

A.    Work on Major Integration Projects to Support Business Processes with Core ACN Systems.

B.     Work on Automation of Processes which drive efficiency across ACN Enterprise and also does cost savings.

C.     Support and Enhance existing applications.

D.     Develop detailed designs based on business and system requirements. This would be performed in Conjunction with System Analysts / Business Analysts.

1.      Utilizing the requirements provided and create the low level design necessary to fulfill the request within existing system constraints

2.      Analyze the database schemas involved and develop approach for accessing and updating data as required

 E.     Perform SQL coding / Optimizing of stored procedures when required.

F.      All other duties as required

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of recent and solid experience.

-            C# ( c-sharp ) programming language,

-            VB.Net, ASP, ASP.Net,

-            XML, UML, XSL,

-            IIS Web Server, Web Srevices,

-            Oracle Programming (SQL, PL/SQL, Procedure, Functions, Query Optimization),

-            Database Skills, Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000 / 2005, Oracle Version 8 and above are big plus.
