Opis stanowiska
Creating and implementing a trade marketing strategy in all channels
Leading and developing Trade Marketing Team in Poland
Cooperating closely with Sales department, Marketing, Logistics and external agencies
Budget management, identify new opportunities based on consumer, shopper and market insights
Developing action plans for key channels, POS materials, creating programs for the Sales Department and external customers in On Trade and Off Trade
Setting priorities and KPI on global standards
Participating in negotiations with Key Clients
Profil kandydata
Experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Commercial in all channels in international environment
Experience in cross functional projects in FMCG industry
Cross Cultural Communication skills
Fluent English - as a must
