Technically approach large end users in order to create a demand at the distribution level.

Client Details
Our Client, a leading Global Filter Manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop the distribution nationally of a very innovative new range of Personal Protection Equipment products (Dust Masks & Respirators)
You will be responsible to technically approach large end users in order to create a demand at the distribution level, and contract those distributors, or organise direct supply.

Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goal.

Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.

Travels domestically 65% for trade shows and to customer locations.
- Represents Company at trade association meetings and shows to promote product.
- Delivers sales presentations to clients.
- Develops and implements a sales and marketing strategy.
- Prepares monthly sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Responsible for sales number for his/her product line.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
- Prepares cost analyses to be used in quoting.
- Presents new product ideas for sales growth.
- Handles customer complaints and requests, at any level from Customer Service to Purchasing to Executive Management.
Profile
- University degree, preferably in technical field.
- 5+ years of previous PPE Sales.
- Proven experience in generating new business.
- Customer-related experience in the PPE industry, including minimally a working knowledge of certification level.
- Engineering experience in the air respiratory field.
- Current knowledge of the Polish market from the End User and distribution perspective.
