We are looking for a passionate IT Specialist, who would like to become a part of our constantly growing Global team. As a part of IBM Global Technology Services, the largest Information Technology services provider in the world, integrates IBM’s broad range of services, hardware, software and research to help meet the IT needs for a wide range of companies. The IBM Global Technology Services portfolio includes: Business Continuity and resiliency services,Integrated Technology services, Security and privacy services, Strategic Outsourcing Services, Managed Business Process Services and Applications on Demand.
Requirements:
- Nagios knowledge
- Knowledge about AIX/Unix/Linux
- Basic knowledge of Windows Servers
- Technical knowledge of scripting (shell,perl,vbscript,powershell)
- Databases (overview, connections, backup/restore, troubleshooting)
- SQL skills
- Good trouble shooting experience (root cause analysis, defect fixing)
- Technical knowledge of automation tools for functional testing of client/server applications
- 1-2 years of IT/Telecom industry experience
- Basic understanding of IT automation role in an Enterprise
- Good understanding of security and compliance practices
- Ability to communicate articulately and effectively at all levels of business
- Ability to work independently, take ownership on assigned tasks and deliver on time.
