Mobility Manager

Currently, we are recruiting for the position of Mobility Manager. In this role you will be responsible for supporting entire mobility process for employees moving to countries from the EMEA region.

Client Details

Our client is a big, well-know and global organization that has a significant impact on our health and science world. They are currently developing further their international structures in Poznań and building their new HR Hub therefore we are looking for HR professionals to build new processes with them.

Description

  • Advising on cross-geography moves and available mobility options including individual package design based on core talent, reward, and process and governance guidance
  • Providing tailored Mobility advice ensuring tax, payroll, social security and immigration compliance is maintained
  • Coordinating and delivering Reward activities for VIP population
  • Leading major domestic site consolidations for large scale populations
  • Coordinating complex assignment arrangements, new country setup or adaptation of current process/policy to adhere to ad hoc changes in tax or immigration legislation in a particular jurisdiction
  • Being the key contact for the Mobility service for all customers, preferred Vendors and HR Business Leaders
  • Providing BI information to the business (ROI and management of the service)
  • Developing relationships with stakeholders and colleagues (HR Hub employees, HR Business Leaders and business leads)
  • Supporting and educating mobile employees on Mobility policies and processes, potential compliance concerns, core Talent Management implications, considering the Mobility end-to-end process
  • Maintaining accurate data on Mobility Assignments to ensure Long-Term Incentives are granted appropriately
  • Managing escalations including the governance of exceptions requested
  • Participating in process improvement projects

Profile

  • Higher education with equivalent level of work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Detailed knowledge of assignments and their associated complexities including HR skills, Tax, Social Security, Immigration, Reward structures, Compliance
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, analytical and problem solving skills
