For international financial services company, with one of its offices located in Krakow, we are currently looking for experienced Leader / Supervisor who will manage the Middle Office team. As the structures are significantly growing, this person will have a chance to contribute to this growth and develop MO operations.
Main responsibilities:
We are looking for a professional with previous experience in team management as well as in Middle Office department (preferably Trade Management or Collateral Management). You need to speak fluent English, present excellent interpersonal skills as well as ability to build trust and be good at relationship management.
This position is a newly created role within organisation therefore would give you the chance to take up new projects and more advanced responsibilities with the growth of the company. You will have the access to training and development also externally as well as the chance to work in the company that promotes independence and creativeness.

- Team Management- recruitment of new team members, performance evaluation, development of the team members, motivating
- Overseeing the collateral management process or trade management / securities settlement process - depending on previous experience
- Acting as a point of escalation, contact for senior leaders and management
- Introducing process improvement and automation initiative
- Ad hoc project related responsibilities
- Acting as Process Expert - ensuring that processes are delivered efficiently and effectively as well as governed appropriately
