The role
As a Microbiology Technician you will be responsible for supporting the development of the new products with the use of the microbiological techniques. You will focus on development and researching of new bacteria, ingredients for the new products which will be distributed among Mexican market.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of microbiological tests in the lab.
- Analyze bioprotection provided by starter cultures against unwanted yeast and fungi.
- Support production of yoghurt-type prototypes.
- Apply general microbial analysis techniques such as acidification curves.
Requirements
- Background in Microbiology
- MBO/HBO education
- Experience in Microbiology lab is a plus
- Fluency in English and good commands in Dutch
