The site manufactures starters, turbochargers, air dampers and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves as well as innovative electric generators for hybrid vehicles as well as component regeneration. Our site currently employs over 1,800 people.

Methods Engineer (Aftermarket)
Location: Czechowice - DziedziceNr Ref.: MEA/PTS
Responsibilities:
- To ensure realization of industrial projects according to IPROM procedure;
- To improve QCDM performances of processes (automation, PFMEA risk reduction, safety & agronomy risk reduction, customer interface control);
- To ensure that industrial equipments and processes are respecting standards and objectives (Budget, QCDM, Safety);
- Cooperation with other departments to ensure production process improvents;
- Preparation of work and safety instructions;
- Safety improvenets on production areas;
- Manage of projects for new machine/processes implementation.
Requirements:
- Master, technical degree (preferred directions: Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Automation);
- Min. 2 years of experience of working in a similar position;
- Ability to run projects;
- Good knowladge of English language;
- Knowledge of AutoCad, Solid Works, MS Office;
- Ability to read a technical drawing.
