THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

They are a large logistical party specialised in the transportation of Food. With a lot of different customers throughout the world they make sure consumers are able to eat and drink their favourite products day in, day out.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

In the role of customer service employee you will be the connecting factor between customers and the company. This requires a hefty amount of communication between the various departments such as sales, quality, planners, account managers and for example operations. Your main responsibility is to organise the order-to-cash proces.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the customer service employee your main responsibility is the orde-to-cash proces. This requires you to manage the proces between the input of orders until the actual billing. Making transportation orders and preparing the required documents are a part of this for example. You will also be responsible for:
- Heavy communicating with customers and various internal departments such as sales and planning
- Solving problems on the operational side of the business when they occur
- Billing of delivered goods
- Giving support to different after-sales procedures

REQUIREMENTS

- BSc degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
- 2 To 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English and Dutch with a preference towards a 3rd european language
- A strong communicator and team player
