THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
They are a small but fast growing company. They development and produce surgical instruments and focus on Ophthalmic devices to enhance and provide eye surgery and solutions. They have a open environment and provide an environment to develop yourself and the company further down the road to provide the most successful service achievable.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This project manager provides an overview of the current projects within the various departments, ensures good planning, identifies risks and monitors budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a project manager you guide, with planning and advice, the process 'from product idea to market' as efficiently and effectively as possible through the organisation, in order to realise 'speed-to-market'.
- Planning medical projects and supervising projects across the various departments, coordination of priorities and activities.
- Get clear, estimate and coordinate the risks within projects.
- Managing budgets of projects.
- Change processes within the organisation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.
- Checks ongoing projects with suppliers, in general, and also with complaints and changes.
- Reporting and coordination of development processes with Sales / R & D manager / CEO
- Evaluations.
REQUIREMENTS
As a Medical Device Technical Project Manager you have:
- Completed technical training, at least HBO.
- Minimum 5 years work experience, in the medical technology industry.
- Knowledge of the work within the different departments of a medical company, R & D, engineering, production, RA, QA.
- Preferably experience with and knowledge of current medical regulations.
