A person employed as a Medical Advisor in Medical Department (Medical Affairs Team) provides specialist knowledge in the field of medicine and related sciences in order to professionally promote the Company's drugs and achieve the set goals with impact on the Company’s performance and development. Expectations towards Candidates:
- University degree (medical or pharmaceutical)
- Must have: at least 5 years’ experience as a Medical Advisor in a pharmaceutical company in the area of CHC products
- Professional experience includes Rx drugs will be an advantage
- Proficiency in using medical databases
- Ability to prepare and conduct the lectures and presentations
- Creativity, self-reliance and good work organization
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical law in the field of advertising and promotion (adherence to compliance)
- Monitoring the progress of medical knowledge and trends in pharmacotherapy by reviewing professional literature, participation in scientific congresses and contacts with Polish and foreign experts.
- Providing up-to-date knowledge in the field of medicine in order to support the Marketing Department and other Departments responsible for the Company's strategy.
- Cooperation in an interdisciplinary teams and in an international environment with special emphasis on issues related to the development, launches and promotion specially OTC drugs, food supplements and medical devices.
- Cooperation with the Marketing Department in terms of preparing promotional materials. Tracking ideas for current and future positioning for the brand and identifying scientific activities that support the achievement of those aims.
- Preparation of the educational materials and trainings for Medical Representatives.
