Taking a lead for mechanical activities and project execution in a small group of engineers.
Creating a link between Polish and Scandinavian team in day to day work.
Performing mechanical tests and document results.
Mentoring and coaching team members by review and active feedback.
Effective use of modeling, simulations, solid tolerance calculations etc.
Follow Product Development Process and take full responsibilities for required documentation activities.
Effective communication across the organization.
Requirements:
M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
Min. 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and product development.
Communicative English required in speaking, writing & reading.
Knowledge of Creo and Windchill or similar 3D.
Experience in plastic components design and turned/milled metal parts.
Knowledge of mechanical parts at system and module level.
Knowledge of reliability engineering.
Experience with modeling and tolerance analysis.
Familiar with project management.
Experience in Design Control documentation.
Experience with test design and documentation.
