Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, building and improving existing parts of machines, installations and tools.
Additionally, he/ she will lead the project supervising suppliers during the installation and interact with the client.
A correct documentation of the work is crucial in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing, constructing, documenting and improving new and / or existing (parts of) machines, installations, tools and production resources
- Guiding the project, ie monitoring the execution, progress and costs of the project
- Technical supervision of suppliers and/ or fitters when carrying out assembly or installation work
- Making drawings (assembly and monotrawing), parts lists, regulations, etc.
- Archive technical documentation
- Ensure that the project is carried out in accordance to (previously) established specifications and with the right documentation
- Translate the requirements and wishes of the client into a feasible technical and financial offer
- Include functional requirements regarding safety, ergonomics, standards, etc. in the specification
- Provide the client with insight into the progress
- Follow up activities
- Draft maintenance instructions and determining maintenance intervals
(Experience in all described responsibilities is NOT necessary)
REQUIREMENTS
- CREO experience is a must
- Background or experience as Mechanical Engineer
- Start in short notice
- Advanced English level
OTHER
- Type of contract: temporary through payroll or ZZP/Freelance construction
- Duration of the contract: end of the year (+ possible extensions)
- Start date: ASAP (1 month notice max)
