Currently, we are looking for candidates to join a new Finance HUB located in Krakow on a position of:
Master Data Specialist
Responsibilities
• Providing adequate, accurate, legitimate and service level agreed SAP FI/CarLo master data for the group
• Providing updated exchange rates in SAP/CarLo
• Managing period Controls in SAP
• Transfer/reconcile transaction data from pre-systems to SAP via existing interfaces
• Providing master data analysis and reports to asking stakeholders (local HAVI companies, internal departments, auditors etc.)
• Executing quality assurance (QA) activities
• Documenting changes in master data procedures, processes and policies
• Support SAP FI Go Lives with preparation of initially needed master data migration (mass maintenance of master data)
• Execution of possibly administration tasks if Winshuttle that are on management)
• Monitoring the proper running and flawless working of relevant electronic workflows, templates, form sheets and other communication methods
Skills & Experience
• At least 2 years of professional experience in master data management
• Fluent English and Polish (at least C1 level)
• Advanced SAP FI knowledge (main focus vendor/customer master data)
• Customer focus and full-service provider mindset
• High attention to detail and accuracy; a very high quality awareness
• Communication skills, assertiveness and intercultural competence; team spirit
• High level of engagement, reliability, flexibility
• Willingness to learn the handling of new software applications like Winshuttle
• Master Data Governance (MDG) understanding as well as experience in SAP middleware solutions like Winshuttle (electronic workflow, scripts to upload to SAP, electronic form sheets etc.) will be ban asset
