Master Data Manager
The Master Data Management Manager will report to the Global Master Data Management Program Manager and will provide leadership for Global Master Data Management (MDM) efforts for Global Projects and the European Region. The key purpose of this MDM Manager position is to support the global data governance model that establishes and documents data creation and update guidelines for all Master Data.

Description
-
Act as MDM project lead on new SAP implementations/Projects (globally)
-
Act as process lead for workflows used for creation/change of master data
-
Identification of opportunities for process improvements and act as project manager owning project schedule/deliverables
-
Proactively identify risks/problems impacting MD projects and develop/implement solutions
-
Drive compliance to established Data Management policies, processes, data dictionaries and data load formats
-
Review integrity of data sets on a quarterly basis to ensure governance is being followed and re-train where necessary
-
Ensure the quality and development of proper training and documentation
-
Approve security access requests for the region based on role and completed training
-
Planning and executing regional data cleanup efforts required for master data elements to comply with globally defined standards

Provide analytics and reporting in support of the Data Management Organization

Monitoring/Reporting material/vendor workflow performance
Profile
-
3-5 years Management experience
-
Experience with SAP Master Data (Material or Vendor preferred)
-
Proven ability to establish and strengthen relationships with all functional areas
-
Strong proactive problem solving skills, analytical & technical skills.

Advanced Excel skills
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with remote teams
