Our Client is a part of the world's most international businesses from the FMCG sector, with brands sold in more than 200 markets around the world. Currently, we are looking for a Candidate who will join Warsaw Tech-Hub (IDT – Information&Digital Technology) as a Marketing Solution/Project Architect. Main core of this role is to design, develop, maintain and govern key Trade Marketing Enterprise Solutions to meet business/project-based requirements, which align to the IT strategy and architecture standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Review existing solution architecture and recommend improvements, technical system roadmap
- Design, develop, communicate and document solution architecture recommendations for coming requirements (in some cases in the format of business case document)
- Ensure that designed solutions are strategically aligned with Enterprise architecture and business requirements.
- Provide solution recommendations for assigned requests.
- Review and signoff on outcome of detailed design phase during the project (e.g. design, build, test, and implementation).
- Undertake analysis of application technology options and associated costs, conduct fit-gap analysis, and proof of concepts
- Assess the impact of proposed solution architecture on other dependant enterprise solutions’ architecture
Main requirements:
- Experience in application design for Salesforce Marketing/CRM, eCommerce, Community and Service clouds
- Experience in systems’ integration (Salesforce to SAP, API, SAP CPI, Hybris to SAP), Red Hat BRMS
- Experience in designing automated testing, deployments used for continues delivery (DevOps)
- Experience and understanding of the issues associated with Trade Marketing processes in a global organisation
- Documentation preparation, analysis and communication skills
- Understanding or experience of traditional and agile Management Methodologies
- Lean Portfolio Technics (SAFe, etc) including DevOps
- Degree of re-usability and convergence driven by the adoption of the Business and application architecture
