Your new role
The Marketing Manager will support the marketing team in planning and delivering the company’ s growth and development in Poland in relation to customer acquisition, recruitment, engagement and brand growth. Your main responsibilities would be:
- Planning and maintaining monthly marketing budget for Poland
- Creating annual and quarterly marketing strategy for the local market
- Marketing project management, mapping and performance status reporting
- Managing all online and offline marketing channels including website, AdWords, Social media ads, video ads, PR, email, events, CRM, etc
- Analyzing and optimising media performance and ROI (including CPC, CPL CAC reports)
- Ensuring the content on B2C and B2B websites and online marketing campaigns are localised, optimised and up to date.
- Designing and maintaining automated lifecycle email campaigns
- Organizing, attending and presenting at customers events such as open days, meetups, conferences
- Managing locally relevant press releases and interviews
- Monitoring competitors’ marketing activities and analysing market trends
- Managing subcontractors and external agencies ensure their goals align with the company’ s customers acquisition and B2B KPIs
- Keeping track of local marketing invoices and financials
What you'll need to succeed
- You have +5 year-experience in driving digital marketing in a fast-paced agile environment
- You have solid project, budget and campaign management skills and experience
- You have prior experience building multi-channel marketing strategies, including, PPC, SEO, social media, email and other digital and offline channels such as events and advertising.
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
- You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
