Our Client is a dynamic and constantly developing international company in the construction chemical sector, specializing in the production of a wide range of professional building systems. The company has been establishing and developing marketing structures in Poland that’s why is searching for Marketing Managerwho will manager all marketing activities in Poland,
The person we are currently looking for will be responsible for establishing and maintaining marketing strategy, including manage communication, promotion activities, build local brand strategy (adjust global strategies into polish specifics). MM will manage both offline and online channels, including digital marketing, events, marketing materials as well as will customize communication to different targets (i.e. architects, wholesalers, distributors, installers). Moreover, s-/he will be in charge of marketing budget, all strategical programs and Marketing Team (2 persons). On daily basis MM will cooperate with Sales, Technical, R&D Teams and another department in the company. MM will travel form time to time.
We are looking for candidates with a several years’ experience in the scope of general marketing activities. Knowledge or/an experience in construction industry will be an advantage – experience in another technical sector (B2B) will be necessary. Very good knowledge of English(contact with headquarters and abroad) and experience in managing peoples is a must. Moreover, we are looking for the person who is strategical, open-minded, collaborative, self-independence. Person who are well-organized, goal-oriented, communicative and ready to travel has a chance to achieve a success on the position.
