Marketing Manager of Entertainment park

Looking for a mature, self-reliant, capable, high energy & enthusiastic 360 degree marketer to run the marketing operations in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementation of marketing budget.
- Managing marketing budget.
- Managing corporate events and group sales.
- Managing brand image.
- Managing social media activities.
- Marketing coordination of special projects.
- Current monitoring of the local and international market, competition activities analysis.
- Initiating and implementing of changes improving marketing and sales efficiency.
- Leading all marketing and PR company activities in Poland.
- Maintaining and developing relationships and negotiating terms of cooperation with external partners and advertising agencies.
- Monitoring of implemented processes and optimizing current activity indicators.
- Any other duty as instructed by the Company's management.
Requirements:
- Strong & innovative Marketing skills, propose concrete and viable solutions to the business needs.
- Good consumer Insights with ability to use data to drive business initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills, able to manage and motivate others to go an extra mile.
- Ability to multitask within a large and complex environment without losing sight of key priorities.
- Bring ideas & suggestions with a strong "can-do" attitude & strong working ethics.
- Can deal & manage with media agencies and other business partners for the best interest of the company.
