Client Details

For my client , an international metallurgical and mining group, we are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager, Poland.

The B2B Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of CEE Sales .

Description

  • Evaluation of market capacity, imports, shares by products/customers on a monthly basis, generate a market map in Power Bi
  • Preparation of short-term and medium-term sales forecasts
  • Preparation of a weekly report on sales dynamics and market changes
  • Analysis of warehouse sales in the CEE region (prices, warehouses)
  • Evaluation of competitors' actions, preparation of marketing recommendations to reduce the negative impact on market share
  • Interaction with local analytical agencies to evaluate market indices
  • Preparation of analytics to achieve the business plan target parameters (shares, bonuses)
  • Preparation of pricing recommendations, taking into account the accepted target premium values
  • Regular analysis of actual prices, discounts and extra payments, preparation of recommendations for changing the discount policy and extra payments by regions and product segments
  • Development and weekly updating of the cost model for key market competitors in flat and long products.
  • Monitoring the situation in the main consumption sectors (industry analysis), Monitoring the main macroeconomic factors (macroanalysis)
  • Building a steel consumption model in CEE. Monthly short-, medium-term forecast of steel consumption based on indicators of the dynamics of consuming segments.
  • Development of a system for operational monitoring of market dynamics (activity of customer requests, dynamics of warehouses and production)
  • Preparing a weekly report on the market situation: competitive environment, competitor prices, client activity.

Profile

  • High economic/technical/marketing education
  • Experience in market analysis / sales development in the B2B sector for at least 3 years (preferred industries are metallurgy, mechanical engineering, chemical industry, construction / building materials, etc.)
  • Experience in companies with a structured sales process (ERP-systems, CRM-systems) - Knowledge in business intelligence, statistical analysis and planning methodologies will be an advantage
  • Focus on internal and external customers
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, PowerBI, SAP
  • Understanding of CRM systems work principles
  • Proficiency in English and Polish at Upper Intermediate level
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Developed organizational skills
  • Ability for complex analysis
  • Analytical thinking
