• Marketing data administrations for EMEA customers
• Inputting application data for marketing campaigns reimbursement from partners
• Validity check of received data to assure formal compliance
• Update of missing/incorrect information, direct contact with data providers, assuring timely receiving of necessary document for media pans uploading,
• Identification of input errors, improvement of uploading process, consulting for customers to increase reimbursement rate
• Data management in IION (Intel Inside On-line Network)
• Feedback to customers on status of their media plans
• Tracking and reporting of transactional metrics
• Taking part in regular customer and internal meetings
• Process documentation and regular update
• Improvement of current process

Your profile:

• Master's degree, preferably in Finance / Mathematics / Statistics
• Fluent English is a must
• 1year + of experience in data mining
• Practical/process experience for problem diagnosis and variance analysis
• Customer focus, ability to meet deadlines
• Very good command of MS Access (data base creation and maintenence)
• Good communication skills
