The person on this position will be responsible for:
- Supporting Marketing Team in Warsaw office
- Driving promotion execution, covering communication materials development and distribution
- Responsible for consumer engagement agenda through execution of events (planning, coordination, execution and evaluation) in cooperation with external agency
- Proofreadings (catalogues, product texts, websites etc.)
- You Tube uploads in collaboration with external agency
- Manage LEGO Social media accounts, in-store and mall events
- Support Marketing Manager in data reporting (preparing analysis, budget reports etc.) and other tasks, marketing warehouse stock coordination, support Brand Managers in the projects (driving partly the project or its elements)
- Assist Marketing Team in daily work
We are looking for candidates with:
- At least 2 years office work experience, preferably in marketing / trade marketing / event department as assistant / trainee / coordinator
- Student or Bachelor’s Degree of marketing & management, experience with working with Creative agencies (briefing, coordination, execution)
- Fluent in analyzing data
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Excell)
- Self-driven, open minded, energetic and confident work style
- Proactive and helpful
- Very good organizational skills
- Capable to work with many tasks and stakeholders at the same time
- Personality with team spirit, who understands and takes advantage of the strength that is created by teamwork
