A Marketing Associate is responsible for contribution to the planning and implementation of marketing activities and advertising.

My Client is well-known in Southeast Asia and South America, now also in Poland (first country in Europe). Theirs e-commence platform is specially tailored for every region. The company is noted on New York's stock market.
Description
- Responsible for the operational and technical aspects of marketing efforts:
- setting up promotions, landing pages, microsites, onsite assets, knowledge bank updates etc.,
- assisting in the execution of marketing activities such as updating customer databases, and management of content repositories,
- Marketing data stewardship - assisting with data cleanliness in the various systems,
- Filling in handbook with updates or issues,
- Cooperation with other internal teams to understand the goals for every campaign/project; with content, copy, design, product issues/bugs, and legal to bring campaigns to the finish line; coupled with analytics to ensure we target the appropriate audience and measure the impact of all campaigns/projects,
- Work closely with the team to identify and resolve any campaign deliverability issues, and to monitor and improve the campaign deployment process.
Profile
- At least Bachelor's degree preferred (in any field),
- Excellent command of English (mandatory) and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets,
- Experience with marketing automation software is a plus and experience with Salesforce CRM software is helpful.
- Ability to adapt to shift hours (9.00-18.00 and 16.00-01.00),
- Experience in e-commerce marketing and/or campaign management would be a plus,
- You're willing to be hands-on with strong executional abilities,
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Independent and self-motivated, with good end-to-end ownership of projects,
- Able to multitask and prioritise under pressure,
- Thorough; highly proactive; resourceful; logical; has a growth mindset; team player, reliable and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
