We are looking for a team assistantfor the Sales Fund Initiators department within the Sales & Relationship Management division.
On this position you will be responsible for organising all administrative taskswithin the Sales Fund Initiators department and providing support service for Sales Managerslocated in Frankfurt and Luxembourg remotely. You will coordinate, arrange and book travel for all business trips including expense management. Your duties will include also diary management: planning and organising events, arrange conference calls, schedule meetings including preparing conference documents/briefing; notes; scheduling and confirming client meetings in German and English as well as preparation of presentation documents.
We are looking for experienced specialist in business administration with fluent business English and German.Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, database and folder systems) are required. The good Candidate should presents excellent organisational skills and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with high attention to detail with open minded and proactive mindset.
Our Client offers opportunity to take a part in building new structures of finance centre in Cracow as well as both personal and professional training opportunities and promote the individual strengths of each individual. The offer includes training period in Frankfurt.
