Marketing and Analytics Partner will act as a true custodian of our newest technology client and Hays’ brand, in our central Leicester location. This exciting role will allow you to join a brand new team solely focused on delivering for one of the Worlds leading technology firms. Social Media Content, Media Strategy and Spending, External Communications, Email Marketing will be part of your daily vocabulary.
What you will be responsible for
You will lead all elements of this client’s online recruitment branding and must be an expert in Social Media, Email Marketing, Events and Media Planning. What you don’t know about branding and online content won’t be worth knowing. These innovative, cost effective strategies will drive the best talent towards our adverts and help ensure we target the audience we need, to find our client the best talent on the market. You will also use your World Class communications skillset to manage the recruitment teams’ external communications.
What you need to be successful
This role demands an experienced Marketing and Analytics Partner who understands the Global Recruitment Industry. You will manage the strategic and granular levels of our media strategy for our newest technology client. You will also be interacting with and interpreting accurately the data and mapping done by our Strategic Sourcing Team. You will need to be comfortable relating these recruitment strategies to high level stakeholders in a relatable and accessible way.
