Position Summary:
- Responsible for interpreting research about the company's consumers and their buying habits
- Using data from varied sources to judge market strategies and trends
- Managing the overall marketing & communication strategy
- Detailed analysis of complex data, systems and ideas
- Preparing prognosis on market share and revenue
- Data management in company’s internal systems
- Liaising with company directors, senior management and other stakeholders
- Creating straight to the point, executive-level reporting on an ongoing basis to clarify marketing performance
- Managing of the marketing team
- Run projects to help marketing and business departments to deliver excellence
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope
The key to success:
- Fluent English (C1)
- At least 4 years of experience in data analytics AND/OR project management experience
- Very strong analytical skills
- Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of current and upcoming best practices in sales analytics and will make strategic recommendations to maximize investments in a cost-effective and financially prudent manner.
- Good conceptual thinking ability
- Project management knowledge and skills
- Ability to interpret volumes of complex data, draw logical conclusion
- Advanced knowledge Excel, SQL - VBA, Python knowledge would be an asset
- Outstanding coordination skills with the ability to track multiple, simultaneous projects and deliverables
