Role description:
- Work with Market Execution Managers from other countries to share end develop the way of working
- Assure a local on-site presence to coordinate with central product and dev teams
- Be the link between local projects/maintenance and centralized product and development team.
- Coordination of local vendors
- Take part in projects and maintenance implementing local system support.
- Responsible and making sure business as usual is done in an efficient way
- Responsible for on-site support for systems and applications, including but not limited to:
o FICO Debt Manager
o Navisionand other Financial apps
o Document Management
o Support for various back-office processes
- Be aware and share local regulatory changes
- Be on top of and share local production calendar, technical boarding of new portfolios, etc.
- Learn about the new systems to be added
- Member of the local Crisis Management Team.
- Making sure adherence to Group policy’s and instructions, including but not limited to:
o Access Management
o Change Management
o Software Development Instruction
- Supported by support engineers and/or Local Application Support to fulfill the responsibilities
- Responsible for the personnel, if any, within in the department including recruitment, termination, personal development, team building and other manager responsibilities
- Fully budget responsible for the department, this includes budgeting and follow-up
- Traveling will be needed but can usually be planned well in advance
Education and Competences:
- Good understanding in the Agile way of working, with business, developers, testers etc.
- Experienced in BDD (behavior driven development) or similar methodology
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English and local language
- Experience in collection industry or financial services Industry is a plus
- Bachelor in computer science or equivalent
