Market Access Manager - Innovative Pharmaceutical Company
Successful candidate should understand the local reimbursement landscape and policy environment for assigned therapies associated with the products portfolio. His or her role is to anticipate trends in the access environment and translate them into relevant actions. The scope of responsibility ranges from existing product and line extensions to new product lines.

For our Client bio-pharmaceutical company internationally recognised with highly specialised therapies - we are currently looking for a passionate Market Access Manager who will support further organisation's growth.
Description
- Establish or maintain proper reimbursement status of selected products
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision makers to facilitate optimal market access for new and existing products
- Monitor essential changes in regulations in public healthcare system, provide interpretation and recommendations accordingly
- Drive product pricing analysis and recommendation ensuring alignment with strategic product portfolio through generating payers insights and tailoring the global value story
- Prepare and submits reimbursement dossiers with focus on adding therapeutic value
- Work closely with other departments and Health Economics Regional Team
- Cooperate with external vendors responsible for pharmacoeconomics and HTA reports
Profile
- Degree in Science or relevant required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of market access in pharmaceutical sector
- Fluency in English due to international working groups is a must-have
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical reimbursement policies and guidelines
- Solid project management skills and ability to deal with multiply priorities
- Ability to challenge internally focused strategic thinking with customer insights perspective
