Manufacturing Technology Expert (silicones)
We are currently looking for Candidates for Manufacturing Technology Expert post. The person hired for this position will provide project and technical leadership to new product scale up, product qualification, process automation, equipment/process development and support operational excellence global value stream. This position will focus on new Automotive Electrification opportunities globally.

Our Client is an international well-known production company from automotive area located in Wrocław, who is creating a new area of expertise in the company's structure.
Description
- Leading or supporting cross-functional teams, for new technology research, development, investments, scale up and problem-solving (also after the SOP)
- Supporting global and regional NPI efforts to developing next generation products
- Managing documentation of change management for key projects and tasks, including Product and Process Understanding, Product and Process Experiments, Management of Change Requests, participating in any other operational changes or tasks that need to be executed
- Modeling Unit Cost and providing estimates for the manufacturing and logistic cost
- Determining cost savings and supply chain improvement opportunities and helps prioritize within the product sub teams
- Helping develop long-term strategies for support of various operational activities and priorities
Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in a Science or Engineering discipline from an accredited institution
- Minimum seven (7) years of combined engineering experience in a product/process development and/or a manufacturing role
- Utilization of the Six Sigma methodology
- Experience in New Product Development and/or Commercialization Teams
- Experience with unit cost modeling
- Experience leading or participating in cross functional teams
- Knowledge of silicones processing technology
