Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Netherlands.
The company is a Food Multinational specialised in dried nutritional solutions. Employing more than 4500 people and operating in more than 50 countries all over the world the company focuses on providing safe and high-quality food.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The company is in need of an ambitious Manufacturing Manager Europe that has significant experience in a production environment and management. Using your experience in production you will apply your knowledge in making sure production by external partners is of monitored and that quality, a main focus point of the company, is maintained. You will be working on the manufacturing of high quality products, focusing on regulatory and food safety requirements. You will be focussing on the production of powdered dairy products and therefore experience in dairy products is a big plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility of external communication and production of high-quality powdered dairy products
- Closely monitoring food safety and quality standards, which are essential for succesfull production
- Making sure the companies standards and focus on quality and safety are maintained during the external production process
- Development and implementation of new and innovative manufacturing solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Food Science
- Knowledge of basic food exposure / microbiology
- Experience in dried milk products is a pre
- 5-10 years of experience in a Food Production environment
