Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for responding to client / end-user requests and acting as a second level support contact for day-to-day technical and administrative requests. You will be responsible for processing mandatory training participant lists in the Learning Management System and ensuring that all evidence of mandatory training participation is properly stored. what is more you will be producing scheduled and ad-hoc reports to various internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree or relevant working experience and very good written and spoken English (B2/C1 level). Very good MS Office skills are also required as well as willingness to learn.
