Currently we are searching for:
The successful candidate will be responsible for all the commercial activities within Poland and the Baltic States in the growing company, very active on the market and led by a board of two Managing Directors who are jointly responsible for the entire operation and 30 employees.
The range of responsibilities will cover guiding the subsidiary in sales activities, business development and chain activities as well as organization and functioning of the trial station.
Development of business strategies and tactics to grasp the opportunities in the dynamic vegetable seed market in Poland and hence ensuring sustainable growth for the company will be vital.
The candidate will report to the Business Manager located in The Netherlands.
Your contribution:
We expect the successful candidate to demonstrate a commercial experience in agribusiness with a preference on seeds market.
Broad interest in all aspects of managing a company including fostering company culture, managing human and financial risks and legal compliance will be valuable.
Strong people management skills and ability to build bridges between different people will be crucial. We are seeking an inspirational leader and organizer with an international outlook, someone who is both people- and result-oriented.
In addition, we can find the following on your resume:
- An academic degree preferably in the area of (agricultural) business economics;
- More than 10 years managerial experience;
- A people-oriented management style and high teamwork abilities;
- Fluency in Polish and English.
